Ingredients:
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix
Instructions:
- Mix the water, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together in a mixing bowl.
- Place the pork chops in the crock pot and top with the dry stuffing mix.
- Pour the sour cream/water/cream of mushroom soup mix and cook on low for 4 hours or until meat is cooked through. Stir lightly before serving.
