Here are my top pick, second, and third recommendations for finding experienced baby-sitters in your area. Having baby-sitters you know in the area make occasional date nights, working from home, or relaxation more possible. It is nice for Summer months when some children are out of school or to just get some grocery shopping or housework done interrupted. 

I wanted to share the companies I use and love for baby-sitting and nanny searches. When you spot a baby-sitter who seems like a good it; I have some suggestions. It is good to read their profiles well, schedule a phone call, then meet in a public and busier spot. I think it is great to have a couple baby-sitters that you interview and meet in case your main or current sitter moves one day, is busy or needs a free day in the future. 

All I have suggested I have used and felt that were great; just in their own way. The first choice of mine is because I think they tend to have less fees it seems than some services and more perks. The second is probably the most popular, and my third favorite still has cool options, and an easy-to-use app.
