Crock Pot French Onion Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops, thawed {approx. 1.5 - 2 lbs.}
- 1 can Chicken Broth {10.5 oz.}
- 1 can Campbell’s French Onion Soup {10.5 oz.}
- ½ cup Sour Cream
Directions
- Pour the chicken broth into the crock pot
- Add the pork chops, and cook on LOW for 3½ hours, covered.
- After 3½ hours on low; drain juices from crock pot.
- Mix together French Onion Soup and Sour Cream in small bowl, and stir well.
- Pour mixture over pork chops; cook on LOW for 30 more minutes or until done.
